FREE SHIPPING ALL ORDERS OVER $150 IN THE U.S
At the time of your purchase the different shipping options will be offered to you by entering the address to which the package will be sent.
Orders are shipped as soon as your order is processed in our store. Remember that processing times vary according to the time and day you place them, as we are a company that strongly believes that its workers should have time to share with their families, we dont work on weekends.
All orders will be processed from our offices located in the city of Medley, Florida in USA. Please keep in mind that the actual delivery time depends on the transport company and the weather conditions which we cannot control and of course the shipping method chosen at the time of purchase and the destination address.
After you place your order we will keep you updated of the processing and shipping by email If you do not receive your package please contact us at sales@fandi-perfume.com. Include your order number and any other information that you can provide us that might help track your package.
Please note that once your order has been processed, we cannot change your shipping address. If a package cannot be delivered to the address provided and it is returned to our office, we will contact you to arrange a second delivery attempt, keep in mind additional charges may occur. At the moment we only ship within the United States of America.

Returns are accepted within 15 days of the delivery date. We offer STORE CREDIT for the order amount excluding shipping costs. Merchandise must be in the original condition, SEALED AND UNOPENED with all labels and packaging included, in its original sealed packaging.
To request a return, please contact us at sales@fandi-perfume.com with you order details. You will receive a response with instructions on how to complete your return within 48 hours. You will receive an email from sales@fandi-perfume.com confirming that your statement has been received and the refund is being processed.
Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after the item(s) arrive at our store and are inspected. Refunds will be issued for items returned in perfect condition. If your statement does not meet the conditions indicated, the return package will be sent to you.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Welcome to Fandi Perfume’s Package Protection service (“Fan di Perfume Package Protection”). By purchasing our Package Protection product, you ("Customer," "You," or "Your") acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. Please read these terms carefully before making a purchase.
PACKAGE PROTECTION OVERVIEW
Fan di Perfume offers a Package Protection product designed to provide insurance coverage for items in transit. This coverage is intended to offer peace of mind and swift resolution in cases where packages are damaged during delivery.
COVERAGE SCOPE
The Package Protection plan provides coverage for packages that arrive in a damaged or compromised condition.
COVERAGE EXCLUSIONS
- This insurance does not cover any circumstances beyond the control of Fan di Perfume, including but not limited to acts of nature, theft after delivery, and customer negligence.
COVERAGE LIMITATIONS
- Package Protection only covers delays in package delivery of 7 business days or less. We cannot guarantee delivery within this timeframe due to carrier constraints.
- If 7 business days have passed since the expected delivery date and you have purchased the Package Protection, Fan di Perfume will cancel the original shipment and send a replacement package at no additional cost.
CLAIM PROCESS
If you receive a package covered by the Package Protection plan in a damaged or compromised condition, please follow these steps to initiate a claim:
- Take clear photos of the damaged package and its contents, clearly showing the extent of the damage.
- Contact Fandi Perfume's Customer Support within 24 hours of package receipt to report the damage and initiate a claim.
- Create a ticket providing all necessary documentation, including photos and any relevant information requested by Fan di Perfume's Customer Support.
- Fan di Perfume will review the provided information and may request additional details if needed.
- If the claim is approved, Fan di Perfume will arrange for the replacement of the damaged item(s) covered by the Package Protection plan.
REPLACEMENT PROCESS
If your claim is approved, Fan di Perfume will provide a replacement for the damaged item(s) covered by the Package Protection plan. Fan di Perfume reserves the right to determine the appropriate replacement, which may include the same item or a similar item of equal value.
DURATION AND TERMINATION
The Package Protection coverage starts from the moment of purchase and lasts for a duration of 30 days from the date of delivery.
Fan di Perfume reserves the right to terminate or modify the Package Protection service at any time without prior notice.
LIMITATIONS AND LIABILITY
Fan di Perfume's liability is limited to the terms and conditions outlined in this document.
Fan di Perfume is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of the Package Protection service.
MISCELLANEOUS
These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between You and Fan di Perfume regarding the Package Protection service.
These terms are subject to change without prior notice.
