Shipping policy


At the time of your purchase the different shipping options will be offered to you by entering the address to which the package will be sent.

Orders are shipped as soon as your order is processed in our store. Remember that processing times vary according to the time and day you place them, as we are a company that strongly believes that its workers should have time to share with their families, we dont work on weekends.

All orders will be processed from our offices located in the city of Medley, Florida in USA. Please keep in mind  that the actual delivery time depends on the transport company and the weather conditions which we cannot control and of course the shipping method chosen at the time of purchase and the destination address.

After you place your order we will keep you updated of the processing and shipping by email If you do not receive your package please contact us at Include your order number and any other information that you can provide us that might help track your package.

Please note that once your order has been processed, we cannot change your shipping address. If a package cannot be delivered to the address provided and it is returned to our office, we will contact you to arrange a second delivery attempt, keep in mind additional charges may occur. At the moment we only ship within the United States of America.

For International orders : 

We cannot be held responsible or accountable for any taxes, duties, assessed by your local customs office. These charges are separate from your shipping charge, and you will be billed directly from them.

No refunds will be given for items unless returned to us. Fan Di Perfume will not be held liable for any customs duties or taxes that arise from your local customs office.

First Class shipping can take up to 30 business days for delivery to your country and then must clear customs, although it is typically faster especially to the UK, Australia and Canada. Please note that First Class does not include tracking.
